Alma Flamenca Dance Company — This is a performance-focused, invitation-only class for intermediate and advanced Flamenco dancers.
Yoga/Stretch —These classes, lead by Yolit, combine yoga, stretching, strength and balance. All levels welcome.
Svaroopa®️ Yoga — This class is a type of Hatha yoga. It is a consciousness and healing-oriented style of yoga that focuses on opening the spine. All levels welcome.
Power Vinyasa Yoga — designed to help students regain movement and broaden range of motion while strengthening the entire body. All levels welcome.
Salsa/Mambo with Trevor — Dancers taking this course should be very comfortable with all basics and have good lead and follow skills in intermediate concepts. This intermediate level class is meant to help social dancers and performers alike stay challenged.
Abada-Capoeira DC — CAPOEIRA (pronounced ka-poo-eyh-rah) is an Afro-Brazilian martial and art self-defense form that brings together fighting techniques, acrobatics, dance, percussion, and songs, in a rhythmic dialogue of body, mind, and spirit.
