Women:
Wear comfortable clothes, a maxi skirt is recommended. Shoes - if you do not have Flamenco shoes, wear a mid heel shoe, with thick heels and cover toes (think of Mary Poppins shoes!)

Gansukh Tamir graduated from the Mongolian University of Arts and Culture (SUIS) in 2005 with a degree in Dancer and Choreography. From 2005 to 2009, she worked as a dancer at the “Tumen Ekh” Ensemble of Traditional Heritage and Culture.
When children learn Mongolian dance, it nurtures their sense of beauty and lays a solid foundation for character and discipline. It also enhances thinking skills and memory, and using both arms and legs in dance stimulates both hemispheres of the brain simultaneously.
The “Tamira’s Dance” group is now ready to accept new students for our Mongolian Dance and Bii Biyelgee (traditional dance) classes. Please call 443-453-2099 to register or for more information.

Alma Flamenca Dance Company — This is a performance-focused, invitation-only class for intermediate and advanced Flamenco dancers.
Yoga/Stretch —These classes, lead by Yolit, combine yoga, stretching, strength and balance. All levels welcome.
Svaroopa®️ Yoga — This class is a type of Hatha yoga. It is a consciousness and healing-oriented style of yoga that focuses on opening the spine. All levels welcome.
Power Vinyasa Yoga — designed to help students regain movement and broaden range of motion while strengthening the entire body. All levels welcome.
Salsa/Mambo with Trevor — Dancers taking this course should be very comfortable with all basics and have good lead and follow skills in intermediate concepts. This intermediate level class is meant to help social dancers and performers alike stay challenged.
Zind Performance Academy (Bollywood dance) - Bollywood/Indian dance for all ages from 5 yrs - adults. No prior dance experience or background is needed.
Abada-Capoeira DC — CAPOEIRA (pronounced ka-poo-eyh-rah) is an Afro-Brazilian martial and art self-defense form that brings together fighting techniques, acrobatics, dance, percussion, and songs, in a rhythmic dialogue of body, mind, and spirit.
